Dave -

1. Thanks :) Gotta do everything I can to get up and out of this chair for good, if it's the last thing I do.
2. They're not garden variety Excel, they're garden variety Numbers.
3. That looks pretty sweet. I know for me, I'm so much more likely to push myself to make progress if I have a quantifiable metric to judge myself with. Quantified Self seems pretty interesting, applying to everything else in life.

1. You ROCK. Your ongoing recovery is INCREDIBLE. Inspiring, motivating, terrific.

2. Gorgeous graphs! Those aren't garden variety Excel, are they? I want some.

3. Monday night I happened to be in San Francisco and heard about Quantified Self, which was meeting at Wired headquarters. I showed up and gave a 10 minute talk "The Quantified Patient," which included how I tracked my lesions in Excel.
